("Where's my homeland?") وطنم کو؟

Here's a poem called "وطنم کو؟" ("Where's my homeland?"), which I really enjoyed. In the future, once my typing in Farsi improves, I will try to translate some of the poems I post. Here is the poem (click to zoom):
